- Name: to easily identify the campaign
- Now or Planned (scheduled)
Select here when the campaign should start.
- Audience: Users or visitors
Choose whether you want to reach your users or visitors with the campaign.
- Insert filter (optional)
Define the criteria you use to define your audience
Here you have the possibility to create groups
- Write a chat message
- Start campaign or save as draft
